You can purchase reports at a discount by paying for multiple reports ahead of time. At checkout, your report will automatically be deducted from your prepaid credits and no transaction is necessary.
We never retain your credit card details, other than your billing address.

Once valid reports have been successfully generated, no refunds are allowed.
Some reports may produce invalid profiles. If the report you scored is invalid you will sent a written explanation as to why. In that case, you will have 60 days to resubmit new data for that same test taker at no additional charge.
