Personnel Evaluation

The Personnel Evaluation Form was developed for the sensitive and accurate screening of candidates applying for high risk/high stress employment. It has been invaluable in the determination of suitable hires for police, firefighter, related law enforcement, and positions of consequences for public safety. It is also instrumental in the assessment of return-to-duty evaluations.

  • NUCLEAR POWER PLANT EMPLOYEES, etc.

The form identifies 43 areas of attitudes, behaviors, and potential interpersonal difficulties that could be problematic in work contexts. It alerts the clinician to those areas of immediate concern, and those most likely to emerge later when the cumulative effect of stress and risk is a factor. It has been helpful in evaluating individuals for resuming employment and return to duty.
