Scoring is available instantly. Most of our interpretive reports are available immediately or same day. Our turnaround time varies based on when we received your answer sheets and the results of the test. Please allow up to two full business days. You will receive an email when your report is ready for download.

The reports maintain the same accurate and clinically useful content while the technology through which they are processed and delivered has been modernized to be user friendly and available for delivery on current computer and smartphone technologies. We offer three methods for submitting answers:
1. Enter the Answers Yourself – The most popular way customers submit answers, with the fastest turnaround, is to type the answers yourself through the Answers page on our website.
2. Your Patient Can Take The Test Remotely – You can use our system to email a link to your patient. The link will give them a secure connection to a page where they can enter the answers to the test questions. There is no additional charge for this feature. However, you must provide the test booklet containing the copyrighted questions during the supervised test session. How to Administer the MMPI-2 Remotely.
3. Email to Scoring@CaldwellReports.com – You can photograph or scan your answer sheets and attach the images to an email to us. We will then enter the answers for you.
If you would like us to enter the answers for you, select Data Entry when you select which report you are requesting. We will add the $10 data entry charge to your invoice, which you will pay when your report is ready.
First, go to our website portal and Create an Account. Then select New Patient from the menu. From here, select the type of report you’d like us to create. The Answers tab will show you two main options for scoring.
• You can administer the MMPI-2 to your client on printed answer sheets and then enter their answers into our system yourself.
• Alternatively, you can arrange to have your client take the test remotely, if necessary during COVID-19. You can use our system to send them an email containing a link directly to our online test taking Answers page. They will have 48 hours to complete the test.
• You will be notified by email within three business days that your report is ready for download.
• In addition, you may e-mail a photo or scanned image of your answer sheet or fax your answer sheets to us. Your client’s test answers will be input by our staff. There will be an additional $15 fee for inputting the answers.
The MMPI-2 has a validity scale to address this. The “?” ( cannot say) scale is simply the number of omitted items (including items answered both true and false on paper).
The MMPI-2 manual suggests that we should not attempt to interpret protocols with 30 or more omitted items. If you are emailing your answer sheets to us, please do not submit them if 30 or more questions are unanswered.
If the Answers are entered electronically through our system and too many questions are unanswered, we will display a message as soon as the test is submitted. Additional answers will need to be entered before we can proceed.
When we find that a test is invalid for normal interpretation, we will provide an analysis of the nature of atypical responses, such as an inability to understand the test booklet instructions, reading comprehension, intentional exaggeration, socio-cultural influences vs. conscious distortion, severe pathology, acute panic, an extreme plea for help, etc. The application of these hypotheses to an individual requires independent confirmation of them by the clinician.
If you would like to administer the inventory again after providing clarifying instructions to the patient, there is no additional charge for processing the new test.
From the time your test answers are submitted to us, we will notify you within two business days that your report is ready. Most of our reports are made available to you within one to two business days.
When your report is ready, we will notify you by email. You can then log into your Caldwell Reports account and download your report as a printable PDF file. We do not fax or mail printed reprots.
You can pay by credit card after your report is ready.

No. For security reasons, we do not capture or store your credit card details, other than your billing address. Your credit card number is used once per transaction.

No. We are only scoring the MMPI-2.
You need to be a licensed mental health professional. If you have advanced training in psychometrics and a master’s degree or doctorate you may also request access if you can document your training. To make a special request, send an email to Questions@CaldwellReports.com and explain your needs and your situation. Otherwise, you will need to enter your license information into your account.
If you are using our Personnel Evaluation Report, such as for employment or law enforcement evaluation, the licensed professional trained to administer the MMPI-2 tests for you must request scoring and then inform you of the results we provide them.
